1. Shipping Costs
We offer flat rate shipping for all orders:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $8.95 per order.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Domestic Shipping: 5-10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Estimated delivery times for international orders are:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-25 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Mineral Mug is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Mineral Mug is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped via USPS only.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us at support@bohemiancoffeemugs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details (e.g., photos of damaged packaging). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product or a suitable resolution.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. embargoes or international sanctions, or to countries where shipping services are unavailable or unreliable. If your country is on a restricted list, you will be notified during the checkout process.
