At Mineral Mug, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the "Pack Of 6 Bohemian Style Porcelain Coffee Mugs." If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund and return process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bohemiancoffeemugs.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not send your item back without first receiving an RMA number, as this may delay the processing of your refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Method and Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Items that show signs of use or wear.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our "Pack Of 6 Bohemian Style Porcelain Coffee Mugs" to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@bohemiancoffeemugs.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will gladly offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable, after verifying the issue.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above to return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
